Safety is JPK's top priority. Our deliveries are completely undertaken by Amazon. However, whilst most deliveries make it to customers without issue, we are ready to support you in the event of any issues regarding deliveries. 

Delivery Information

If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, Amazon will leave the package in a secure location. If no secure location is available, or the delivery requires someone to be present, Amazon will send an e-mail to the e-mail address on file. They make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If after three days the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please make this issue aware to us.
